Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-day reconciliation of guest accounts and payment systems
- Check in/out guests during overnight hours with exceptional service
- Monitor security systems and respond to emergency situations
- Process reservations and manage room status updates
- Prepare daily financial reports for management review
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience required
- Proficient in property management systems (Opera preferred)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic knowledge of hotel safety protocols
- High school diploma or equivalent required
