Responsibilities
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas.
- Make and make beds using hotel-quality linens and amenities to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Replenish guest supplies such as toiletries, towels, and coffee to enhance the guest experience.
- Vacuum and dust furniture, baseboards, and fixtures to maintain a pristine environment.
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to the Engineering or Housekeeping Supervisor immediately.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures to ensure guest and staff safety.
- Handle guest inquiries with a smile and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred but not required; comprehensive training provided.
- Ability to stand, walk, and exert physical effort for extended periods.
- Excellent time management skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely and move furniture when necessary.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
