- Perform end-of-day reconciliation and financial reporting
- Manage check-ins/check-outs during overnight hours
- Address guest inquiries and resolve service issues

- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Maintain accurate guest records and billing information
- Prepare daily financial summaries for management
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk experience
- Advanced proficiency with Opera/PMS systems
- Exceptional attention to financial detail
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently overnight shifts
