Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations during overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Perform daily audits of guest accounts and financial transactions
- Process check-ins/check-outs with personalized service excellence
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues with discretion
- Monitor security systems and property integrity throughout shift
- Generate end-of-day reports for management review
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or night audit experience
- Proficiency with Opera/PMS property management systems
- Exceptional attention to detail in financial reconciliation
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Florida driver's license (required for errands)
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
