Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/check-outs and resolve overnight inquiries with exceptional service
- Process daily financial transactions and reconcile accounts using PMS software
- Monitor security systems and respond to emergency protocols
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for overnight operations
- Prepare end-of-day reports and manage cash handling procedures
- Address guest concerns promptly to maintain high satisfaction standards
- Conduct nightly audits of hotel systems and documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or night shift experience required
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, etc.)
- Strong financial reconciliation and cash handling skills
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid Texas Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of hotel safety and emergency procedures
