Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/check-outs with precision during overnight hours
- Reconcile daily financial transactions and prepare accurate reports
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Monitor security systems and ensure property safety protocols
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for operational needs
- Process payments and manage cash drawer accountability
- Update reservation systems and maintain guest records
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel front desk or night shift experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera, etc.)
- Strong cash handling and basic accounting knowledge
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
