Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-day reconciliation of daily transactions and financial reports
- Manage guest check-ins/check-outs during overnight hours with exceptional service
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly during night shifts
- Monitor security systems and building access protocols
- Prepare detailed financial summaries for management review
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for overnight operations
- Maintain accurate logs of incidents and guest requests
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in hotel front desk or night audit role
- Proficiency in Opera or similar property management systems
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid Nevada gaming work permit (if required by property)
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts
