Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/check-outs with efficiency and warmth during overnight hours
- Handle cash transactions, reconcile daily accounts, and generate accurate financial reports
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure 5-star satisfaction
- Monitor security systems and hotel premises to guarantee guest safety
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Utilize hotel management software (Opera) for reservation management
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or night shift experience preferred
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Strong attention to detail in financial reconciliation tasks
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to thrive independently in a quiet overnight environment
