Responsibilities
- Manage nightly front desk operations including check-ins/check-outs and guest communications
- Perform daily audits of guest accounts, folios, and payment transactions
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly during overnight hours
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for operational continuity
- Generate daily financial reports and ensure accurate cash handling procedures
- Maintain security protocols and monitor property surveillance systems
- Prepare end-of-day reconciliation reports for management review
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to financial detail
- Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions during off-hours
- Valid Indiana driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability to work overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic knowledge of hotel safety and emergency procedures
