The Grand Chicago Hotel is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Night Auditor to join our premium hospitality team. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to ensure a seamless guest experience during our overnight hours while managing essential financial reporting duties.

Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and processing payments.
- Perform comprehensive night audit functions, including balancing daily financial transactions and generating required reports.
- Resolve guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Monitor hotel security systems and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the front desk area and lobby.
- Answer incoming phone lines and respond to emails in a timely manner.
- Assist in light housekeeping duties to ensure public areas are pristine.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education in hospitality or business is a plus.
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk operations, or accounting is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night shifts.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts as required.
