Responsibilities
- Manage overnight check-in/check-out processes with efficiency and warmth
- Reconcile daily financial transactions and prepare accurate reports
- Monitor security systems and respond to guest emergencies promptly
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and local expertise
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for smooth operations
- Execute end-of-day accounting procedures and system backups
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality degree preferred
- 1+ years hotel front desk or night audit experience
- Proficiency in Opera or similar hotel management software
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic knowledge of Jacksonville attractions and transportation
- Valid Florida driver's license (for airport shuttle support)
