Responsibilities
- Perform front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and baggage handling with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Conduct the night audit, balancing daily financial reports, and ensuring all systems are updated accurately.
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, front desk, and public areas.
- Handle guest complaints or special requests immediately and escalate complex issues to the manager on duty.
- Assist in the registration of guests, verifying identification and collecting payments securely.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; prior hospitality experience is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in computer systems and Property Management Software (PMS).
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
- Candidate must be authorized to work in the United States.
