Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations during overnight hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Process guest check-ins/check-outs with accuracy and efficiency
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Perform end-of-day reconciliation of daily transactions
- Monitor security systems and respond to emergency situations
- Prepare reports for management team review
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments
- Uphold brand standards and service excellence
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk experience
- Strong proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Opera, Amadeus)
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Georgia driver's license (for emergency situations)
- Flexible availability to cover overnight shifts
- Professional communication skills (verbal/written)
- Basic knowledge of hotel safety protocols
