Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front desk service including check-in/check-out, guest inquiries, and reservation management
- Handle guest requests promptly and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy
- Process payments accurately and maintain secure financial transactions
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness
- Execute checklists for opening/closing procedures and daily operations
- Assist with valet services and luggage handling for arriving/departing guests
- Utilize property management systems to update guest information and preferences
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts (including evenings)
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and reservation software
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality certification a plus
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (for valet duties)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
