Responsibilities
- Perform nightly audit procedures including verifying guest folios, processing payments, and generating financial reports
- Manage check-ins/check-outs for late-night guests with exceptional service standards
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly during overnight hours
- Oversee security protocols and emergency procedures for the entire property
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for overnight operational needs
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and discrepancies
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or night audit experience
- Proficiency with Opera or similar PMS software
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and special events
