Responsibilities
- Perform daily reconciliation of guest accounts and payment transactions
- Manage check-ins/check-outs for late arrivals/early departures
- Monitor security systems and respond to overnight incidents
- Generate end-of-day financial reports for management
- Handle guest inquiries with exceptional service standards
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments
- Maintain accurate records of all night activities
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel front desk or night audit experience
- Proficiency with Opera or similar PMS software
- Strong mathematical accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Valid Arizona driver's license (for incident response)
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
