Responsibilities
- Manage end-of-day reconciliation and financial reporting for all hotel departments
- Check in/out guests efficiently using Opera property management system
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
- Monitor security systems and patrol premises during overnight hours
- Prepare daily reports for management review
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Handle emergency situations following established protocols
Qualifications
- Previous hotel night audit or front desk experience required
- Proficiency in Opera property management system
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Missouri hospitality license preferred
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (11PM-7AM)
