Responsibilities

  • Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring all required documentation is accurate and complete.

  • Assist guests with check-out procedures, including billing inquiries and processing payments.
  • Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is organized, clean, and fully stocked with supplies.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a front desk, hospitality, or customer service role is preferred.
  • Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency with hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A valid driver's license is a plus.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
