Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/check-outs with precision and efficiency during overnight hours
- Process daily financial transactions, reconcile accounts, and generate nightly reports
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Monitor security systems and respond to emergencies per hotel protocols
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for operational continuity
- Execute opening/closing procedures for front desk and safe operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or night audit experience required
- Proficient in hotel management software (Opera/PMS preferred)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to financial details
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Tennessee driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
