Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at front desk, concierge, and housekeeping stations
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures and resolve guest inquiries promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to maintain property standards
- Handle reservation systems and update guest preferences accurately
- Assist with event setup and VIP guest services during weekend events
- Process payments and manage billing transactions securely
- Uphold strict cleanliness and safety protocols across all public areas
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Fri-Sun) and holidays
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
