You will play a critical role in financial reconciliation, security, and guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Perform front desk duties, including check-ins, check-outs, and wake-up calls with a smile.
- Execute the night audit, balancing accounts and preparing accurate daily financial reports.
- Conduct security rounds of the property to ensure guest safety and asset protection.
- Address guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with day staff to ensure continuity of guest services.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in public areas and the lobby.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality or front desk operations is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts.
- Basic computer proficiency (PMS systems like Opera or similar).
