Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out processes during overnight hours
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Perform daily reconciliation of front desk transactions
- Monitor security systems and building access
- Prepare nightly reports and manage reservations
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Maintain accurate guest records and billing information
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
