Responsibilities
- Perform nightly reconciliation of guest accounts and financial transactions
- Manage check-in/check-out processes for late arrivals/early departures
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues with 24/7 availability
- Supervise overnight security protocols and emergency procedures
- Generate daily revenue reports and audit documentation
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for operational readiness
- Maintain strict confidentiality of guest financial data
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel front desk or night audit experience
- Proficiency in Opera or similar property management systems
- Exceptional attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Strong problem-solving skills during off-peak hours
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of San Jose attractions and transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
