Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-day reconciliation of daily transactions and generate accurate financial reports
- Manage guest check-ins/check-outs during overnight hours with efficiency and warmth
- Address guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly during overnight shifts
- Maintain secure cash handling procedures and audit daily financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for overnight operations
- Update property management systems with accurate guest data and billing information
- Execute daily audits to ensure all revenue streams are accurately recorded
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience with night shift exposure preferred
- Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Opera, Amadeus)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to financial detail
- Exceptional communication skills for overnight guest interactions
- Ability to work independently during unsupervised night shifts
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability to work weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
- Basic knowledge of hotel safety and emergency procedures
