Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to boost occupancy and revenue
- Manage team of 45+ hospitality professionals through training and mentorship
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and local regulations
- Coordinate with sales team for corporate and group bookings
- Resolve complex guest inquiries and service recovery situations
- Analyze financial reports to optimize cost management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years hotel management experience in luxury properties
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets
- Strong knowledge of PMS systems and hospitality technology
- Exceptional leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Valid California Food Handler and Alcohol permits
- Proficiency in English and Spanish preferred
