Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and luggage assistance.
- Process daily financial transactions and balance the hotel's night audit report accurately.
- Respond to guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Ensure the security of the property and guest rooms during the night shift.
- Perform minor maintenance tasks or coordinate repairs as needed.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in the lobby and public areas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in hospitality or front desk operations preferred.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
