Responsibilities
- Perform night audit duties, including reconciling daily financial transactions and preparing end-of-day reports.
- Greet guests warmly and check them in/out efficiently during the evening and early morning hours.
- Monitor hotel premises for security and safety, ensuring a secure environment for guests and staff.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and poise.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Assist with light maintenance duties as needed to ensure property readiness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong computer proficiency, especially with Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision.
- Detail-oriented with strong math skills.
