Responsibilities
- Execute check-in and check-out procedures for guests efficiently and accurately.
- Balance hotel accounts, prepare daily financial reports, and reconcile revenue.
- Monitor hotel security systems and ensure the safety of guests and property during the night shift.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with a focus on service recovery.
- Maintain the cleanliness and professionalism of the lobby, reception area, and restrooms.
- Coordinate with morning staff to ensure a seamless handover of operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required; post-secondary education in hospitality is a plus.
- Previous experience in front desk operations, hotel auditing, or guest services is preferred.
- Strong computer proficiency with hotel PMS systems (e.g., Opera, Micros).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
