Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/check-outs with precision and warmth during overnight hours
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and coordinate special requests
- Process payments, manage cash floats, and maintain accurate financial records
- Monitor security protocols and respond to emergency situations promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless operations
- Perform nightly audits and prepare shift reports for management
- Act as primary contact for late-night arrivals and VIP guests
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year front desk or hospitality experience required
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, holidays
- Basic knowledge of Miami attractions and transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred
