Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out processes with precision and warmth
- Handle reservation inquiries and modify bookings using Opera PMS
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate complex issues
- Monitor security systems and access control during overnight hours
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless operations
- Prepare end-of-night reports and deposit reconciliation
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Valid Oregon Food Handler's Card (or willingness to obtain)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Basic knowledge of Portland attractions and transportation
