Responsibilities
- Manage nightly front desk operations, including check-ins/check-outs and guest inquiries
- Balance daily financial transactions and prepare accurate reports for management
- Monitor security systems and respond to emergency protocols
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for overnight requests
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and discretion
- Execute opening/closing procedures for all departments
- Maintain detailed logs of all activities and incidents
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or night audit experience
- Proficiency in Opera/PMS hotel management systems
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid California driver's license (for valet operations)
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
