Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and check them in/out efficiently using our property management system.
- Handle incoming calls, manage reservations, and answer guest inquiries with a positive attitude.
- Assist with luggage handling, directions, and local recommendations to enhance the guest stay.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for arrival.
- Address and resolve guest complaints or special requests promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a hotel, resort, or customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Proficiency with computers and basic software applications.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
