Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/check-outs with efficiency and personalized service
- Handle reservation modifications, billing inquiries, and payment processing
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for overnight operations
- Respond to emergency situations and guest concerns with calm professionalism
- Maintain accurate logs of guest requests and incident reports
- Operate PMS systems and troubleshoot technical issues
- Uphold brand standards for cleanliness and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in Opera, Fidelio, or similar PMS systems
- Exceptional communication and multitasking skills
- Flexible schedule availability (overnight shifts, weekends, holidays)
- Basic knowledge of Atlanta attractions and transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Georgia driver's license preferred
