Responsibilities
- Check-in/check-out guests efficiently with warm, personalized service
- Manage reservations and room assignments using OPERA system
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams
- Monitor security systems and emergency protocols
- Prepare end-of-night reports and balancing cash drawers
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (PMS)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Valid Washington State Food Handler's card (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer and multitasking abilities
- Positive attitude under pressure
