Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently using hotel management systems
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries
- Respond to guest requests 24/7 with professionalism and urgency
- Monitor security systems and emergency protocols overnight
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile daily reports
- Maintain accurate guest preference profiles for personalized service
Qualifications
- 1+ years hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency with hotel software (Opera, Fidelio, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Basic accounting knowledge and cash handling experience
- Valid Georgia driver's license (for occasional errands)
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
