Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/checkouts with accuracy and efficiency
- Handle reservations and room assignments using PMS systems
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Process payments and manage cash drawer operations
- Conduct security patrols and monitor surveillance systems
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Maintain detailed logs of guest activities and incidents
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license preferred
