- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including changing linens, restocking amenities, and polishing surfaces
- Deep-clean common areas, lobbies, and back-of-house spaces using industry-standard protocols
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report maintenance issues promptly
- Adhere to strict safety and sanitation standards following CDC guidelines
- Coordinate with front desk and security teams for seamless overnight operations
- Complete detailed room inspection checklists before guest arrivals

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during overnight hours
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness excellence
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts
- Valid Arizona driver's license (if required for supply runs)
