Responsibilities
- Deep clean and sanitize guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Restock amenities and ensure all supplies meet luxury standards
- Operate industrial-grade cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Report maintenance issues promptly to engineering team
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with overnight security team for property access
- Complete detailed inspection checklists before shift end
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Florida driver's license (for property access)
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Physical stamina to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Background check and drug screen required
