Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms, suites, and common areas to exceed luxury brand standards
- Operate commercial-grade laundry equipment and manage inventory of linens, amenities, and supplies
- Address guest room maintenance requests and coordinate with engineering team for repairs
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and chemical handling procedures
- Complete detailed room inspection checklists and digital reporting systems
- Collaborate with overnight security and front desk teams for seamless guest services
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience in hotel/resort setting
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Valid Washington State Food Handler's Card (or willingness to obtain)
- Attention to detail with ability to spot inconsistencies in room preparation
- Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
- Basic computer literacy for digital reporting systems
- Professional demeanor with strong communication skills
