Responsibilities
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas during the night shift.
- Respond promptly to guest requests, such as wake-up calls or extra amenities.
- Perform security checks of the property and report any irregularities to the Front Office Manager.
- Manage inventory and replenish housekeeping supplies as needed.
- Assist with the check-in process for late arrivals when necessary.
- Maintain a high standard of safety and sanitation protocols.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
