Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently using hotel management systems while maintaining confidentiality
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and resolve complaints promptly with professionalism
- Monitor security protocols and manage emergency procedures overnight
- Process payments, manage cash floats, and reconcile nightly financial transactions
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest room readiness
- Update guest profiles and reservation information accurately
- Prepare end-of-night reports and ensure all documentation is completed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year front desk or hospitality experience required
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with hotel management software (Opera, Fidelio, or similar)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision overnight
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid Colorado driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
