Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out services with efficiency and warmth
- Manage reservation systems and optimize room assignments for maximum occupancy
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and discretion
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial transaction records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless operations
- Monitor security protocols and respond to emergency situations calmly
- Prepare end-of-night reports and manage key inventory systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Valid Minnesota driver's license with clean record
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Minneapolis attractions and transportation
