Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-day reconciliation of daily transactions, ensuring accuracy in all financial reports
- Check in/out guests during overnight hours, resolving any billing discrepancies immediately
- Monitor security systems and respond to guest emergencies with calm professionalism
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for overnight operational needs
- Handle guest inquiries and special requests with personalized service excellence
- Generate daily management reports and prepare next-day's folio batches
- Execute opening/closing procedures for all front desk systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hotel front desk or night audit experience
- Proficiency in Opera/PMS property management systems
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong numerical aptitude
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (11PM-7AM)
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
- Advanced problem-solving skills for guest service scenarios
- Basic knowledge of hotel safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency highly valued
