Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-day reconciliation of daily transactions and financial reports
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures for late arrivals and early departures
- Monitor security systems and respond to guest inquiries 24/7
- Handle cash operations and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for overnight needs
- Resolve guest issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Prepare daily reports for management review
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred
- 1+ years hotel front desk or night shift experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Arizona driver's license (if required for errands)
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
