Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/check-outs efficiently using hotel management systems
- Address guest inquiries and resolve service issues with professionalism
- Monitor security protocols and manage access control for overnight guests
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for room readiness
- Process payments, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate records
- Prepare end-of-night reports and reconcile daily transactions
- Uphold brand standards for cleanliness and guest satisfaction
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends/holidays
- Basic knowledge of Wichita area attractions and services
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
