Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/checkouts with precision and warmth during overnight shifts
- Handle reservation modifications, payment processing, and billing inquiries
- Respond to emergency situations and guest requests 24/7
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless operations
- Maintain accurate guest records and confidential information
- Process night audit reports and reconcile daily transactions
- Uphold brand standards through consistent service excellence
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year front desk or hospitality experience
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera/PMS preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Valid Georgia driver's license (if required for property errands)
- Basic knowledge of Atlanta area attractions and services
