Responsibilities
- Manage check-in/check-out processes for overnight guests with efficiency and warmth
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and emergency situations with professionalism
- Monitor hotel security systems and respond to safety incidents per protocol
- Process payments, manage reservations, and maintain accurate guest records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for overnight operations
- Prepare end-of-night reports and reconcile daily transactions
- Uphold brand standards while creating memorable guest experiences
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision overnight
- Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish bilingual a plus)
- Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
