- Efficiently manage guest check-ins/checkouts using our property management system
- Handle guest inquiries with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless operations
- Resolve guest concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Monitor security systems and emergency protocols overnight
- Prepare daily reports and maintain guest account accuracy
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with property management systems (e.g., Opera, Amadeus)
- Strong multitasking abilities in high-pressure situations
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Texas Food Handler certification preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
