- Manage guest check-in/check-out procedures efficiently and accurately
- Process reservations and room assignments using hotel management software

- Process payments and manage billing transactions securely

Qualifications

- 1+ years of customer service or front desk experience in a hotel setting
- Proficiency with property management systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi)

- Basic knowledge of Denver attractions and local transportation
