Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out processes with speed and precision
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly using problem-solving skills
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless operations
- Monitor property safety and security protocols during overnight hours
- Utilize hotel management systems (Opera) for reservation management
- Assist with emergency procedures and incident documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera experience preferred)
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Oklahoma City attractions and services
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license (if required for property errands)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
